I actually upgraded to the Polar-Jet 24 and I couldn't be happier. It moves a ton of air on the lowest setting so I look forward to working in a cooler shop. I did a lot of comparisons to other brands before I purchased and decided that Polar Blades was the right choice for me. I highly recommend the Polar Blades cooler if you have a shop or just want to cool a large area during the heat.
We just received the Polar-Jet unit yesterday afternoon and today is our second day of using it. So far it is working as expected.
The purchasing process on the website was very easy. However, the issue we faced was the slow delivery of the unit. We purchased it on 7/6/26 and just arrived yesterday 7/20/26. I called a couple of times to get updates on the delivery and customer service was very professional and helpful. Overall, I rate them 5 stars.

After installing the unit in my Automotive repair center. The room temperature is about 20 degrees cooler than it was. I've owned 2 Portacool units and both have turned out to be terrible investments. So far I'm pretty impressed by my Polar Blades unit. Time will be the test.
Honestly, i use it too cool down my bedroom in my apartment and it does a good job.
If i could put like a bowl of ice in front of it, it would proably make the entire room drop like 5-10 degree.
Honestly its huge, loud, and powerful. Its exactly what i wanted.
We have a doggy daycare and it cools the yard 15 degrees the pups love it on these hot days
Easy set up, ready to cool your strain 30 minutes. Man does this thing move some air. Cooled my shop from 102 down to 87. I would definitely recommend this if someone is looking to cool off a large area!!

We just unboxed it and realized there were no instructions in the box. Thankfully we were able to get them on your website. Seems to work pretty well. We live in Florida and this time of year is pretty humid so not sure we are getting the full advantage of the cooler right now. Hopefully it will work more efficiently when the humidity levels drop!
