Warranty Policy

WARRANTY POLICY:
SAS Brands Loop, LLC. (“Polar Blades”) guarantees to the original consumer purchaser that the products and component parts are free of material and workmanship defects of the Polar-Jet series.

 WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Failure resulting from the purchaser's abuse, neglect, or failure to operate, maintain, or service the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the owner's manual supplied.
  2. Items or services typically required for the maintenance of the product, such as lubricants, oil, etc.
  3. Any component damaged during shipment or any failure caused by installing or operating equipment under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines, or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.
  4. General wear parts like belts, media pads, etc., unless wear or failure is a direct result of a manufacturer defect in material and/or workmanship.
  5. Damage due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.
  6. Cosmetic defects that do not impact product functionality.
  7. Incidental, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may result from any defect, failure, or malfunction of the equipment.
  8. All electrical components are guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship and/or materials when the lift is installed and used according to specifications.

 

WHAT YOU MUST DO

To make a warranty claim for a product, you need to contact the retailer or distributor from whom you purchased it, accompanied by the original sales receipt as proof of purchase and a written description of the defect. If you purchased the product directly from the Polar Blades website, you can reach out to us via mail or online. Please ensure to include your order number and purchase date while contacting us.

The Manufacturer or distributor reserves the right, at its sole option, to either repair or replace any covered part, and in the event it chooses to provide a replacement, equipment it will be of equal value to the original equipment. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the original equipment, shipping costs from the factory for the replacement equipment and delivery and installation of the replacement will be your responsibility as the equipment owner. The replacement  equipment will carry the balance of the original equipment warranty. 

 

 

 

LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Polar Blades assumes no responsibility under this warranty for products that have been altered, modified, damaged, misused, abused, excessively worn, lost, or improperly maintained, as determined solely by us. This warranty becomes null and void if the customer fails to provide proof of purchase as the original owner, if anyone other than an authorized representative of Polar Blades attempts to service or modify the equipment before returning it to Polar Blades under this warranty, or if any product component parts are replaced with unauthorized Polar Blades replacement parts.


Neither party shall be held liable for damages resulting from the other party's failure to fulfill its obligations under these terms and conditions. Neither party shall be liable for lost profits, savings, incidental damages, or other economic consequential damages. Polar Blades products are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No warranties, whether expressed or implied, shall apply after the warranty periods described above. Polar Blades reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by providing written notice to the customer or by posting revised terms on www.polarblades.com. Such revised terms shall become effective thirty days from the date of such notice or posting.

We advise against this practice as it may hinder the cooling process. Instead, consider adding cold water directly into the tank as a more effective alternative.
